We currently deliver within Australia only.
We aim to dispatch all orders within three business days of receiving your order. Once dispatched, deliveries can generally be expected within:
Melbourne metropolitan: approximately five business days
Regional Victoria and interstate: approximately 10 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are subject to the schedules of our delivery partners.
All deliveries containing alcohol must be accepted by a person aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be requested upon delivery. If no eligible person is available to receive the delivery, it may be returned to the carrier or redirected in accordance with the carrier's policies.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
If your order is damaged in transit, arrives incorrectly, or is deemed lost by our delivery partner, please contact us as soon as possible. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
If you believe a wine is faulty due to a damaged bottle, damaged closure, significant label damage, or a technical fault with the wine itself, please email us with your proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product. We will assess the claim and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
We do not generally offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, if you contact us before your order has been dispatched, we will do our best to assist.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
