We aim for all orders to leave within three business days. Delivery within Melbourne can be expected within five business days, outside of Melbourne 10 business days is expected. All deliveries are subject to our delivery partner schedules.
Refunds or replacements are granted where there is an issue with delivery, as advised by delivery partners.
If you believe the wine is faulty (damaged label, cork or bottle, or there is a technical fault with the wine), please send an email with detail and a photo of the wine for a refund or replacement.
